Phillip Kolb is a seasoned financial professional and entrepreneur who brings expertise in investment program management, business brokerage, and real estate to Ideal Ridge Ventures. His career began in the financial services industry, where he oversaw retirement and investment programs and gained a deep understanding of how capital flows and strategic decisions drive long-term value.
Building on that foundation, Phillip expanded into business brokerage and commercial real estate, helping entrepreneurs and owners navigate major transitions —from growth acquisitions to successful exits. This blend of financial and operational experience gives him a unique perspective on evaluating opportunities, structuring deals, and guiding IRV’s projects with a focus on both stability and growth.
